Howard Miller Transition: Re-ordering Customized Products
Hello! We are currently navigating an exciting yet transitional time here at Howard Miller. As part of this transition, we are migrating our systems and unfortunately will no longer have access to historical records and past order archives from the original company setup. Note that your Howard Miller Customer Account number will remain the same.
We want to make sure your upcoming promotional projects go as smoothly as possible and match your expectations precisely. Because past order numbers and historical files will no longer pull up in our new environment, we kindly ask that you provide a few key details when placing a re-order:
- Date of last order, PO number, Model number, and Method of customization
- Copy of the Last PO’s Approved Proof: Providing the PDF or digital proof from your Last PO ensures we match the exact layout, text, and scaling.
- If a copy of the proof is not available then Complete High-Resolution Artwork: Sending over vector files (such as .ai, .eps, or high-res .pdf) guarantees your custom logos and branding render with the sharpest quality possible. Including editable text files for any personalization or changing copy (saving fonts to outlines/curves if specific fonts are required)
- Specification Details: Including your clients previous order details will assist to expedite the process and help us replicate your exact repeat orders down to the finest detail.
